In June of last year, I had a stent placed in a major artery.

The next morning the Doctor came to visit me and said I did very well because I took care of myself and was in good shape.

Now that got me to thinking, does that mean that other people don’t do well because they are out of shape and don’t take care of themselves?  I believe the answer is yes.

I know the best exercise I can do now is walking.  However how many of us have been given or bought a complicated tracking devise that you wear on your wrist and are frustrated like me with the whole “tech” experience?  Many of our children and even grandchildren have grown up with “tech”, it has even been taught in grade school.  All we want is something simple to track our steps.

Please go to my web page and see a simple, inexpensive and easy to use pedometer that can be worn on your belt
