Our mission is fitness, mobility, flexibility, stamina, strength and energy

 Walking has worked great for me and I want to encourage others to use this exercise.  Look for walking groups to encourage each other or create your own group. Just one friend that will faithfully commit to walking with you can make a difference.  I have found that a simple pedometer is a great encouragement for me.  It shows what I have accomplished and motivates me to continue.
